Hi! We’re Federico and Giulia—neither traditional doctors nor self-proclaimed gurus, but two certified wellness coaches who’ve walked through the fog and found clarity on the other side. We’re partners in life and in our mission to transform how people approach everyday wellness.
Here’s where it all started.
Life wasn’t always about optimization protocols and wellness practices. There was a time when we knew nothing about proper nutrition, exercise science, or stress management.
Federico was the typical gym-goer who’d hit the weights hard but then reward himself with sugar-loaded desserts and processed snacks. He believed working out gave him a free pass to eat whatever he wanted. “I’m burning it off anyway,” he’d say, while devouring his third chocolate croissant of the day.
Giulia struggled with persistent acne that no skincare product seemed to touch, debilitating headaches that would knock her out for days, and a bone-deep fatigue that coffee couldn’t fix. “It’s just stress,” she’d tell herself, popping another painkiller and pushing through.
We looked healthy, but felt off. The reason was unclear.
Our wellness journey began out of necessity, not expertise. After years of ignoring our bodies, we dove headfirst into the world of health optimization, determined to fix ourselves.
Giulia was rushing between appointments at the holistic center where she worked, ignoring the headaches and fatigue that had become her constant companions. Her professional advice was helping others, yet her own wellbeing was deteriorating despite following every protocol in her extensive training.
Federico, respected for his discipline and optimization mindset, was secretly setting multiple alarms because his “optimized” sleep left him so exhausted he couldn’t trust himself to wake up on time. His colleagues envied his productivity systems, unaware that behind the scenes, he was experiencing growing memory problems and decision fatigue.
From the outside, we looked like we had it all together. But we were both trapped in the same paradox: every training, supplement, routine, productivity hack… felt like too much.
The breaking point that changed everything.
One evening, after another sleepless night despite melatonin, magnesium, and a perfectly temperature-controlled bedroom, Giulia canceled her client sessions—something she’d never done. The same day, Federico stared at his computer screen, unable to focus on a deadline despite his “optimal” morning routine.
Exhausted after another day of “doing everything right,” the irony wasn’t lost on us: two wellness professionals who couldn’t seem to find wellness themselves 🙂
That evening, we looked each other in the eyes. In that moment of shared vulnerability, we dared to ask ourselves an almost sacrilegious question: “What would happen if we trusted our bodies more than the experts?”
That question led us down a path neither of us expected. We began systematically testing which wellness practices and biohacking tools actually improved our daily experience—not just our metrics or what looked good on paper.
The most surprising discovery?
The most effective approaches were often the simplest ones. The interventions that created sustainable change weren’t complex biohacks, but gentle, consistent practices that worked specifically with our bodies rather than forcing them to conform.
We slowed down. We decided to become beginners again, approaching wellness with the right mindset and scientific curiosity rather than rigid rules. And something unexpected happened: we started feeling better. Not perfect—but genuinely better.
We stopped chasing perfection and started listening to science, to our bodies, and to what actually made us feel better. We made a decision that would eventually change everything: we would strip away all the complexity and rebuild from scratch.
Within weeks, we felt better than we had in years.

Our Mission
We’ve both experienced the frustration of not feeling your best—and the disappointment of “solutions” that create more problems than they solve. Between burnout, persistent brain fog, and the relentless pressure to optimize everything, we realized most health approaches fall into two problematic categories:

- Too generic (“Just sleep more and eat vegetables!”)
We started exploring biohacking not as a trend or — but as a practical wellness toolbox to reclaim our energy, reconnect with our natural rhythms, and actually enjoy living again. No more rigid military routines or influencer-approved lifestyles. Just practical, everyday strategies and tools that helped us sleep deeper, think clearer, and feel like ourselves again.
We created this space because we couldn’t find one that felt genuinely human. We were tired of communities where:

Certified Mental Coach and Biohacking Expert, he helps people get a mind that works super fast and a body that doesn’t complain at the first effort. His specialty? Making you a productivity machine with a brain quicker than a cheetah on a scooter… so you’ll have more time to catch game replays or finally learn to play the ukulele (or just chill, it’s up to you).
Giulia
If you think biohacking is just for cyborgs, get ready to change your mind! She’s a Holistic Practitioner and educator for women who want to biohack without looking like they just escaped a space lab. Her motto? A gentle, “body-hugging” approach… like a grandma’s hug (but with extra science!). She’ll show you how to connect with your natural vital energy with the joy of a cat in the sun… and maybe even discover you’re more of a woman than you thought.
